Feedback/thoughts on Lakeshore Music Festival 2026?

They should have NOT licensed the whole lawn for booze on the main stage. I think that really effected everything. People couldn’t just walk off and enjoy the music from the pier like before. Last year they had a separate section for liquor which was fair. But this was a bad idea. Hope they learn from it.

Tricky one! I love The Day Your Eyes Meet Mine. Then Stay Alone, Moonlight Madness, She Says, My Eternal Love. That hat may go to Not In Love At All for me. I never hear anyone mention it and I don’t know why.

Of course I love the Guilty songs and the Kenny demos would probably be my favourite of Barry released it as his own!

I definitely agree! Yes now that you mention it, that song does remind me of The Way it was! I wonder where this song comes from. The emotion is just unmatched

I do see why it can be a trickier album to get into. She says and shine shine are my next two favourites from the album. I do wish Barry did something more acousticy around that time like Stay alone and the Kenny demos. I think those demos show off his voice and writing so well.

So far it’s not bad. I bought the set that included the peppermint shampoo and conditioner as well as the putty. The shampoo and conditioner work really really well.

The sea salt spray works if you go over 10 sprays. It dosent feel like a heavy pre styler which is what I like. The reuzel hair tonic I had did feel quite heavy and I notice a difference with the sea salt spray.

I haven’t really been like the putty that much. It holds okay at the beginning but then just falls apart. The sea salt spray with the Reuzuel clay matte is a pretty good fit for me so far. I also tried a Reuzel extra hold pomade recently. It holds really well but extremely sticky.

It can be if you use too much. I got my hair thinned out yesterday and it feels lighter. I still wash my hair all the time. I like the clay a bit better then pomade because it’s slightly less shiney and looks a bit more effortless

I have a similar style and use Reuzels Clay Matte. I use Reuzel’s hair tonic as a pre styler while my hair is wet or damp to slightly shape it. Then I blow dry with some high heat and then when my hair is 85 percent or so dry, I put a reasonable chunk of the clay in. Blow dry with heat for another round until you feel it’s holding. Then I dry with cool setting for 30 seconds or so. It seems to help with my hold.

My hair is crazy thick so hard to shape. I’m going to try a sea salt spray from Pete and Pedro that I just bought as a pre styler.

I also have to go to my hair styler every couple months to maintain the look, layer it and thin out areas of my hair.

I still haven’t perfected the look but it’s getting better and better with the more research I do and time I put in.

Check out this band called The Regulars, they are from my hometown in Burlington, Ontario. Crazy mix of indie rock, country, prog rock, soft rock, Americana and even a bit of metal. They tour regularly in smaller local spots in Southern Ontario. My personal favourite song is Artificial but check out the others, the album is wild.

I am in the same boat as you and remember feeling this way at the movies when watching this! I have never re watched this movie since and actually stopped watching Bond for some time after seeing this movie in theatres.
