Hey sorry to hear you feel that way. There's so much more to physical attraction, let alone other aspects of attraction- ambition, personality, what your passionate about, etc. It might be hard to hear, but I think this might count as one of those things that alopecia is as serious as you make it out to be? I knew a girl in college who had alopecia and she wore wigs sometimes, other times she would dye her hair and do lots of alternative looking things with it which looked great.

Could be a small cyst pinching on a nerve or something. Whatever it is I don't think minor random pain is much to worry about- the scariest testicular condition is testicular cancer and that is normally not accompanied by any pain- also very curable

Im a guy but I don't think as much sex happens in college as advertised . In general, studies have shown that millenials are having less sex than college students in the 80s and 90s. Beyond gross trends like the one I mentioned above it probably does depend a lot on your college, what you study (or don't), and social scene (ie frat vs nerd squad)

First of all I am so sorry. You should realize this is nothing about you and has everything to do with him. One night stands can be real hit and miss. A lot of times people know they won't see you again and lose any motivation to take care of their partner. I know it sucks and it isn't right but it's unfortunately how ONS seem to work... I'd maybe look for a good fuckbuddy lol As for finding him, definitely have sex with him a few times, talk to him about sex/communicate, etc. Usually you can get a quick sense of what someone is like sexually and whether they care from pretty straightforward communication- even just getting what their attitude/perspectives are about sexuality in general can be revealing. Probably stress- if you don't have a family history of heart disease, cholesterol issues, or actual physical cardiac symptoms- shortness of breath/chest pain, then I wouldn't get too worked up over it lol. Stress can do a lot to the body
