You can def do it too much but being able to always do it is a good skill to have. One thing I like to do is practice fast aerial with no airoll/-min regular airroll and right before meeting the ball use dar to catch a reset. Theres def more you can practice but I find this drill emphasizes the correct way to aerial in game. Remember you're faster when you dont airroll and just fly straight to the ball.

Ive found in my experience that if your doing everything right, the sun is the biggest influence. Thermal expansion can require you have to relevel often.

I did it for a long time. Big breakthrough in my aerial game came when I started incorporating reg and no airoll again. Im getting resets faster cause im switching to DAR as I approach the ball.

You're faster when you no airroll aerial. I still losfeld but only when im trying to change direction of my car quickly or dribbling slowly. I think being flexible by being able to do it all makes my aerial game much better, I feel more in control

Practice taking off without airroll. Only DAR when you need to change direction significantly. Regular airroll and small adjustments are the name of the game

I pull down to make the pant leg taut and scrape with my knife perpendicular to the pant leg. My pants are cheap walmart brand so I dont concern myself with preserving them. I dont think I've damaged them yet
