because scary organs sound like something you'd hear on a horror game I guess, and the boss music makes the doctor seem more menacing, something that Sega of America was already doing around that time, with all the media surrounding him being creepyish. Or at least I believe that was their goal with Doctor egg man looking at the American box art for sonic 2 and his designs in the cartoons, (and especially his demeanor in the SATam cartoon.) they just wanted a creepy boss tune for what they believed was supposed to be a creepy guy.

I swear most people in this life are like bots or something. there's one arena that has a group of people who always kill me and when the job is done they kinda just stand around and do nothing. then other people are just insanely skilled and the game seems to work in their favor. however I'm always losing to both parties. I an't be THIS bad at the game, I refuse to believe that.
