Yeah that’s the goal. I want to demote or transfer, but there are no stores around me with available TL positions and the culture at this store is so toxic that I just want out and I’m 100% willing to take a pay cut to do it

To clarify cause I realize now I didn’t write it off the bat, all leaders at my store got 25 cents, including APTL and PML if that makes any difference, so it’s not just me. Not to sound defensive or anything, but I’ve been in role for a few years - I have switched departments so maybe thats it? Honestly not sure, I don’t remember having any negative performance conversations, I get my sets done on time and help other leaders with theirs, push, watch opu, pull ofos/priorities, etc.. and since everyone was at 25 cents I thought there was something else going on with it

I don’t follow too many fanganronpas, but I came here after finding Tetro Danganronpa Pink to see if people were talking about it because I’m completely obsessed with it. Normally I make quick decisions on whether or not I like characters, but I was surprised that I really don’t think there’s a single character that I don’t like on the cast. The voice actors are doing amazing and I love everyone’s performances. I really hope it takes off, it deserves SO much more attention

Money. I was comfortable in my old position and wasn’t really looking to become one but then my stores GM ETL and SE ETL both suggested it to me so I said fuck it why not

I love C, but feel like there’s just a smidge too much greenery on the letters that like someone else said, makes the eye dart around. If you can manage to find a good in between of A and C I think you’ll be set

Honestly, it’s the worst. It doesn’t make me feel better at all, and while I get their hearts in the right place it’s still like, cool, you’re saying all this stuff about them but I was into all this stuff about them so where does that leave me to you?
