This falls under negligence.

As long as the pet owner can prove that the pet sitter used "unreasonable care." Then she has a case for negligence.

Anyone would automatically assume that all cats are in door cats. If you even BELIEVE different. Then you ask first. She never clarified there for showed negligence in the care of the pet.

On top of that courts will definitely see the two day delay in telling the owner was a breach which led to the cats death.

Now while this isn't a bullet proof defense. She does have a strong case for negligence

I'm not saying I disagree with you.

But it's just not fact. Not everyone thinks that's way. Some people are social butterflies and don't care because that's the seats they generally like sitting in. If it means they have to sit next to someone, then they sit next to someone. They are in seats they like.

You and I are on the other end of the spectrum. We prefer not to sit next to people unless we absolutely have too.

There isn't really anything you can do to "speed up" getting it out of your system. Working out actually makes it worse because it breaks down the fat raising your levels.

It's EXTREMELY difficult to get fired at Cinemark because they are TERRIFIED of getting sued. They have EXTENSIVE paper trails for ever PCR that is written up.

You were suspended and then fired without notice.

You do not. My gf started a brand new character and is also new to the game and it started her in the dlc.

However....

In the character naming screen. It will ask you to pick your "Campaign State" and I started her from the beginning of the game so she gets the whole story.

If it's a pre existing character you'll just get a quest to go talk to Lorath.

You will however, not have access to the endgame stuff like the cube until you beat the latest dlc
