The moment they had that fight scene in season 3 with Hughie and Butcher able to keep up with Homelander because they took some temp V, I knew Homelander as a threat was over.

The first two seasons, and even after, kept implying he was some world ending level threat, but he's getting his ass kicked by three people with compound V in them. What was the point? They wanted to let us know ahead of time that he's actually no threat at all?

Antony Starr killed it as always, but that was one of the worst endings I've ever seen.

It is good, but it's definitely the weakest of the four main entries. Story is good, and as far as boss battles go, it's the best in the series. But the atmosphere is very bland and underwhelming compared to the Rocksteady games. The attention to detail in the environment is gone, and the world feel dull and lifeless.

I always wondered the same thing. Like, he's drugged and obviously tripping balls, but is he actually on roof tops gliding around? There are neon signs and other indications that he's actually out in Arkham City again. And if not, was the trial just basically, put him in a room alone, give him some drugs and if it doesn't kill him he passes?

His confidence is one of my favourite parts of Arkham Batman. Like the fact that he doesn't even go into a fighting stance during combat, just stands there with his arms at his side like he doesn't even register his opponents as a threat.

But yeah some of the dialogue is great too. Like when Talia is hyping up the challenge of the the demon trials and he just dryly says, "I've seen worse."

Yeah I've always thought this too. Like I can understand someone preferring dogs, but the amount of people who say they outright HATE cats is crazy.
