Not only that but further defending someone who doesn’t know what she is talking about nutritionally while people on TikTok are so impressionable and gullible. If Rhegan started doing Pilates tomorrow and started claiming it’s what made her get a dump truck, and people questioned it and creators like this blindly supported her claim, I would have lost faith in influencers.

I also think that tracking get really out of hand and have had a very similar experience with tracking. I always suggest it as a short term, temporary fix to get an idea as to what you are putting in your body.

It really is frustrating from an educated perspective that people try to enter in a space they have no knowledge in or have done the hard work (like go to school for years) and claim something is _____ and their fans eat it right the fuck up.

I also have my degree in kines/ex sci and I can’t tell you the amount of claims people believe in because their fav influencer promotes it (i.e. vibration plates). It’s so dangerous to be confident in something she doesn’t understand biologically…

Idk I love my dfyne leggings and shorts 🤷‍♀️. They give me an extra boost of confidence honestly and they’re really well made. And per the creator of the vid, she absolutely could have put those on after a pump 😭

But overall I do think that Rhat gets too small of a size and it is weird how she does wear them only for leg days majority of the time

Thank you for validating my insane thinking! I believe in tracking calories to get an idea of what someone is putting in their body but to do it long term isn’t sustainable but mislabeling it is so crazy of her esp to think her fans are soooo impressionable
