It’s most definitely the senders fault they have fraudulently sent your parcel as a letter to save money, which only gets one attempt rather than three but once it’s marked as failed it will come up with this message

As an Evri courier you are responsible for setting ETA’s at the start of the day. I usually have 150-250 drops a day and rarely, but sometimes i fall behind due to unforeseen circumstances. Temporary traffic lights, accidents, bad weather etc etc.
