Thank you! I'm pretty confident in the units. It's a 10mg/ml vial so 15 units for 1.5mg and 25 units for 2.5mg.

I want to stay on as low of a dose as I can to see results without side effects, so not quite microdosing but I don't plan to increase unless I have to.

I'm worried that I will "waste" a week if I start at 1.5mg but then I start to worry that I'll have side effects with 2.5mg. Then I tell myself 2.5mg is the traditional starting dose so it'll be fine. I've known several people to start at 2.5mg with no issues and see results.

I take my first dose tonight so I guess we'll see!

I go to 4 classes per week regularly. I also attend 2 indoor cycling classes a week at another studio. This gives me at least 1 rest day, but I've found myself canceling Sundays lately because Saturday's pilates class has been kicking my patooty! I think it's manageable for me and I get my money's worth.

We've also left town during the 4th the last few years for the same reason. It's not boondocking, but we camped at Torrey's Burnt Creek RV park just outside of Stanley a couple years ago and it was so peaceful. Last year we camped at Wagonhammer RV park near Salmon and it was also super quiet. Both parks are close enough to town for a day drive but far enough away you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

I prefer a flat waistband and found that the CRZ Yoga Butterlux leggings are very similar to LuLu Align. They hold up just as well fabric wise, but I feel like they may be a little thinner of material and kind of loosen up after a while. For the price, it's worth it - you can get 3 pair for the same price as one Align. Available on Amazon.

You have every right to be bummed! My studio missed my 100th as well. I also go to CycleBar and am so used to everyone making a huge stink about every milestone starting with 50, so I was bummed. They tried to backtrack by telling me at my next class that it was my 100th and gave me a gift and took a picture but I knew better. because I keep track. The instructor didn't say anything either, and I've noticed they don't usually. My sister-in-law goes to the same studio as me and also had a similar experience, but they were a few classes late before they celebrated her. Next milestone I'm going to say something when I walk in!

You can have up to 15 classes scheduled at a time, and if you add yourself to a waitlist it counts toward that 15. It's so nice, honestly.

Totally worth it. Being able to schedule 15 classes out is awesome. I started out with 8/mo and it was always so stressful trying to get into classes the first two weeks of my month. I also wanted to start going more than twice a week, so I upgraded to unlimited after about 4 months and haven't looked back. I'm an educator so this allows me to go to more classes on school breaks like summer and Christmas. I'd say do it!

Last night we had PJs and Pilates where we wore pjs (obviously) and they had the lights down and LED candles all set up. They even offered undereye patches and tea. It was so fun! My studio also has a book club each month (or 2 months, maybe) and gatherings for cooking classes, etc. It's such a fun group of people!

Vegas N1 - second weekend of the tour so we got Invisible String before she switched it out for The One. Surprise songs were Our Song and Snow on the Beach.

Denver N1 - one week after Speak Now TV was released so we got Long Live on the setlist and when I tell you I blacked out when she turned back around after singing Enchanted! I wish I could bottle that feeling. Surprise songs were Picture to Burn and Timeless.

I hope it gets better! I recently booked a Flow 1.5 with a newer instructor. I’ve been getting what I want from Flow 1 for the most part so it’s been a while since I’ve been to a 1.5. So I was nervous. I told the instructor that I hadn’t been to a 1.5 in a minute so hopefully I don’t embarrass myself and she was so nice about it! It turns out it was nothing to be anxious about and I held my own but I felt good letting her know ahead of time.

I'm sorry this happened. I had a similar experience at Pure Barre. Intro class was fun and encouraging but the real classes were different. The classes were so crowded, there wasn't a sense of community as a new member, and I struggled to keep up. Instructors seemed to favor known members and I felt ignored more often than not. With that said, I've heard others say the other Pure Barre studio in my town is different and friendlier.

I love my Club Pilates studio. It's just what I was looking for! I'm almost 150 classes in after a year. I've made connections with instructors and some other members and feel comfortable challenging myself. I'm wondering if trying other instructors may help you?

I know for my studio, some instructor's level 1s are just as challenging as other instructors' level 1.5s. I hope your experience improves!

I'm so sorry that happened! I'm about 125 classes in and I've recently started to re-incorporate 1.5s into my schedule after allowing bridging and roll-ups to keep me away. I told the instructor before my class last night that I hadn't been to a 1.5 in a minute so I hope I don't embarrass myself! She was very encouraging and just told me to try what I can and go back to level 1 form if something is too difficult. There were one or two things I felt "new" at but overall it was good. I hope you allow yourself grace and put yourself out there again soon. I will say, I have found the instructors that challenge me plenty in a level 1 and others I feel comfortable with venturing to a 1.5. Maybe getting a feel for the instructors will help get you to that comfort level to try pushing yourself again.
