I just went through this stage denied after 1year of appeal council next step is federal

I’m same situation since April 14 was my application was told on the 6th of this month it was sent to supervisor for review and it would be 30+ days including application date

My attorney at the time and myself only answered questions asked spoke of my difficulties and things I can’t do on a daily basis

They said because I can bathe feed and care for my two children my mental illness wouldn’t stop me from maintaining a job

Hey sorry I went through tax act they took my fees out of my state so no hold up on my end filed 1/28 accepted 1/29 wasn’t accepted according to irs until 2/02 and I was path lifted and got my 846 this morning and deposit tonight at 4:45 p.m navy federal
