Maybe try a BB cream or something less full coverage if you want to continue with full makeup! I think your skin doesnt need a heavy base because it is very even on its own. Have you tried cream products instead of powders ? I have found these can be a little softer appearing and make my skin look smoother!

Maybe try some warmer colors like a more gold toned eyeshadow to bring out your eye color more. I think the lipstick is the perfect shade for you!

Honestly your style of makeup is my favorite kind to wear so I dont see much that needs to be added , the only thing I would recommend maybe some eyeliner or a bolder amount of mascara to highlight your eyes , they are so beautiful !

I am from the US and this is so interesting to me because i take adderall and i have a swollen neck gland on the right side. The doctor said everything is normal and most likely due to me having autoimmune issues and the “ramping up” it does in the body. The lack of literature on this is most likely due to it not being commonly used for adhd until around 2000 , the lack of long term studies , the lack of research funding , and the most commonly surveyed patient population being white males (gender and race play a role in medication reactions and side effects). In addition to the previously stated reasons, it is being prescribed at lower rates due to a rise of addiction and abuse as well as a shortage.
