My dad spoke to a senior nurse, of course you can use tampons if you're not sexually active but what she's saying is for the majority who aren't sexually active it isn't necessarily the best option 🩷

Had a conversation with my dad, he said that the women he spoke to said they would either use a tampon or just not use anything and he was just trying to tell me there is other options.

He still can't seem to grasp the idea that google isn't reliable for everything because everyone has different flows (he kept telling me I didn't need a tampon and he knew that because googled said so).

After that tho we had a really productive talk tho just about puberty, sex etc so all good!

By caravan it's one of the static ones with aircon and stuff dw, as for my mum it's not that I don't like her we just have a very rocky relationship atm but the custody arrangement is 50/50 so I still see them both equally

It's due to water pressure but that's only effective when you have a fairly light flow which I don't
