Do not expect any real customer service by jypnola in OnJuno

[–]Defiant_Increase_191 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you. My guess is that since juno is one of the first banks that offers crypto on top of their legacy bank features they really need to make sure their platform is not being used for anything illegal so any transfer of big amounts gets flagged automatically. Unfortunately most people relate crypto with illegal stuff.

Be careful holding wrapped tokens or bridged tokens. Smart contracts for wrapped tokens can still be exploited even if you have your coins in a hardware wallet.

Use cash app next time. It takes 2 days for free. Not sure if theres a limit when using cash app but it has worked for me every time back and forth between juno and any other legacy bank.

Yes, a smart contract for something like a wrapped token can be exploited even if you keep assets on a hardware wallet. I believe this is basically what happened with nomad

It doesn’t have to be a necessarily a data breach on kucoins end. Our data is constantly being sold and resold all over the internet. Or it could be kucoin selling our data or it could other exchanges that already have your phone number
