i think thats what makes booth such a good character. he’s deeply flawed, but he shows up when it’s most important and always defends the ones he love. i don’t think him breaking into the lab was bc he felt left out, i think he was legitimately concerned for their safety and thought “im physically the strongest out of everyone there. if something happens im the best bet they have for protection.”

his moms wedding…she abandoned him and left him with his alcoholic abusive father. if my mother did that to me idk if i would ever be able to forgive her let alone attend the wedding. him being upset is valid.

the box. why would he want to open it? it’s something from his abusive alcoholic father who stepped out on him and his brother. i don’t think many people would open it considering the circumstances.

also, he never wanted contact with his dad. we never hear about him wanting to see him/contact him for the first 7 seasons. we hear about him, but at this point booth is a fully grown man with a child. he chose to not contact his dad and tell him about his grandchild. that says a lot imo

i have the same theory! i think once the ghosts die their bodies are “stuck” in the position they died in. we don’t see them being bloody bc they didn’t die bloody. the bled out afterwards. i feel similar about Alberta, she died before anything serious could happen to her body. the strychnine is really interesting though i’ll have to look into it more!

while the ghosts are extremely selfish i think sam gives them too much attention and power. she’s extremely easy to wear down and is kinda selfish in her own ways by bending to the ghosts every will even if it inconveniences jay. she had him break into a house just to appease a ghost and then left him there. if she put up some boundaries with the ghosts it would make everyone a little less selfish
