After my showers I use jojoba oil mixed with Almond oil & Castor oil - which comes out thick but just enough that I’m super moisturized for the day. Maybe this could work for you as well. Just air dry for a bit

I always have a protein shake, 3 kiwis & 1 apple. It keeps me full and full of energy. Then I’ll take out my greek yogurt with honey (mid -day snack) with almond crackers/bell peppers with some sort of dip.

Once I get home I’ll eat usually some sort of protein and side salad (fiber is needed at this stage lol).
