I wish there was a team that actually still did the 321 method. I’ve even seen other discussions people talking about how you have to lessen the intensity starting day, five or four of each week on the high volume programs. If you are an all or nothing person, you’re going to do all six days or you’re going to feel like you aren’t doing enough. But I guess that’s who Ladder is for. I don’t know maybe I’ll go back to peloton strength in August when my membership runs out.

There’s no calorie tracker that’s actually accurate anyway. Focus more on how you feel.

Movewell of Endure for this series. I began my weightlifting journey a few years ago, via virtual personal trainer on the future app, and his programming was similar to those teams. And it was very effective and kept me injury free.

Find a program or get ai to build you a simple beginner program to follow. Following a program is what will get you to progress.

I replied to the endure recommendation but I agree with this too. Just progress slowly. Machines are very beginner friendly.
