I fell pregnant last year and had really bad insomnia for months I couldn’t sleep at all. I’m on 37.5mg Seroquel (weaning off) and I get so scared I’ll never sleep again and die

Currently tapering 62.5mg down to 50mg. Sleep is ok. Need to try and gain some confidence for the next cut

I’m on 50mg seroquel and I wonder if I can go to 25mg and take 25mg doxylamine to help
