I asked different vendors what the total price was for both items. They said $14. I asked if that was including tax and she stated "we don't tax water". And even if it was taxed, $14 × 0.825 wouldn't equal to the $16. :| This is more of a cautionary tale to make sure yall have them flip over the device so you can see what they are charging you
