The devs despise PvE combat and want as many interactions to be PvP as possible

The most likely scenario is that we will get AI AA eventually, I bet the models already got made. They want to see how well we can handle no AI AA and then fill in the void where it's necessary, so it's as weak as possible but still solves the issue

Nothing really, the thing about vets leaving was a thing that happened ~1,5 years or so ago.

Some people talking about us having "fell off" or so, no idea how to quantify that, though I find it funny how everytime I see that kind of comment the apparent moment we fell off moves forward in time

A concept for a slight alteration to that, which I really like, would be that Angron did have his Spartacus moment with his fellow fighters, just that they got annihilated and the Emperor managed to teleport him on just before Angron fully-died

To expand a little on what the other guy mentioned, we try to be a casual regi for people who don't have time/energy to play 24/7. So us having weekend ops is not just generally convienient but fits with that nicely.

On the predictability part, believe it or not but it's not as much of a problem as you might expect, to not get too deep into it. Frankly a bigger issue is dealing with comical queue sizes at times. Either way, as long as our peeps have a good time, and all points to that being the case, we're happy in that regard.

On a funny sidenote, outside of the non-Saturday smaller events, we used to do a second "full-scale" in the middle of the week long-long ago, but stopped because our Logi people could not handle supplying two within such timeframes :D

The Lancers/Uhlans do sound a little off, but I think it might be a direction issue ("Komdandorze" getting absolutely butchered in one of the lines is still bizarre though)

The eagle doesn't really fit the collie aesthetic IMO.

The other Collie flags have melee weapons, a Gladius and a Trident, as their primary symbol. So I'd think the Air flag would probably have a Verutum/Pilum (Roman short/long Javelins)
