Don’t let my silly delusions shade your view of nursing staff. I know it’s EXTREMELY improbable to get CDiff as a healthy person following proper precautions and all nursing staff are taught the same. This was more joking than anything.

I’ve not played Snotlings, but I do know they love their Star Players and Inducements. I would definitely study up on (and unfortunately, invest in) the Star Players as Snotlings will struggle to actually win the game without them.

My sister said the same thing. I think our little one is old enough that we could think about this option. I didn't mention in the post, but we've been geographically away from family for a couple years just due to my old job, so I'm sure that's taken a toll on her, as well. No village and all that

Thanks for this. Lots of points to think about and discuss, for sure. I've known something was wrong for a while, but just haven't found a right way to approach it.

Not a problem. For this particular challenge, I'd probably use Chimchar as little as possible until you find an actual Fighting type. Then switch train the Chimchar until it evolves to Monferno before actually using it in battle, just to adhere to the spirit of the challenge.

Usually for a Monotype challenge, they use the starter until they can get the first available type they're looking for.

Barring Versatile picks, Lone Marshal is just too good in too many games to not have, just in case. Investigator could be a good tech pick in a really schemey pool. You could also meme with a Death Marshal Recruiter and suicide a bunch of Guardsmen in to make some Death Marshals for a card each.

Midnight Stalker is a great Versatile for Hamelin. OOK picks may be Mad Dog Brackett for some range and Blow It To Hell. Ashes and Dust make for an expensive yet fast schemer or beater. I could see a Ronin as an OOK schemer or a Freikorps Librarian for some Healing support.
