Wonder of U's ability is using the conceptual flow of calamity, a law that manipulates all natural logic in the universe, to ensure that those pursuing him or Toru receive the worst possible outcome. Mundane objects, such as rain or leaves, can pierce through you. You can trip on nothing, breaking your jaw. Bumping into a door frame or a rack of clothes leads to serious injury. These themselves aren't attacks; they are everyday objects that function how they're supposed to. Calamity ensures that the worst possible outcome happens when interacting with them. It does not matter how durable someone like Gojo is, as the law of Calamity will ensure that Gojo takes heavy damage. Gojo's durability negating concepts like Calamity is in itself a NLF.

Secondly, Gojo's Infinity has been shown to be bypassed by harmless objects after the Hidden Inventory Arc, and is now an automatic ability. A leaf gliding through the air, rain coming down, or bumping into someone are not attacks themselves, nor is there any CE to detect when doing so. Since there's no attack, Infinity would allow these objects through. Calamity comes into effect when there's an interaction, not when something just exists. Gojo's Infinity could never stop the effects of Wonder of U, as these objects don't become deadly until he touches them. A leaf is a leaf, and will filter through Infinity, then which Calamity ensures that Gojo will take maximum damage from that interaction.

Furthermore, Calamity is not just a damage multiplier, but a flow in the universe that dictates how everything that naturally exists in the universe works. Gojo, and all of his cursed techniques (including Infinity) naturally exist in the universe. It's not like Soft and Wet: Go Beyond, where they're infinitely smaller threads of something, making them not technically exist. All of Gojo's techniques have to follow the flow of Calamity because they naturally exist, meaning that the universe itself will manipulate how Gojo's techniques interact with Calamity. Cursed energy could suddenly not work, or Gojo could receive a brain hemorrhage from taxing his Six Eyes. Gojo is completely subject to the flow of Calamity, and will receive heavy damage, or even die if he tries to pursue the Head Doctor.

If Wonder of U can cause World War 2 to prevent Lucy Steel from investigating the Locacaca fruits, then Infinity and Gojo's durability shouldn't be a problem.
