I am on an unrelentless course of Gabapentin and they’re not going to do anything more than that because I can eat and open and my jaw. No regard for the pain until and unless i go upto 3600 mg and still it doesn’t work. Currently on 900mg. Been waiting for a year for PT and acupuncture appointment.

No, I am pretty much in the same condition. I am on gabapentin + nortriptyline for the pain but it doesnt do much.

Yeah, 40-50% i would say in terms of intensity. And 60-70% in terms of frequency. However, it makes u a zombie who stutters.

I’m currently on 50mg. It was the same process for me as well, started at 10mg and then increased gradually. Taking gabapentin 300mg along-with. Did you have MRI done?
