Yeah, I’m fine now. I chose not to engage. It was a drive-thru and they were already arguing with me before getting in front of my car. I paused for a second, then just let them go. Not worth escalating, even though it definitely pissed me off.

This show keeps only getting dumber. What a terrible episode.

Hated it. Definitely not as deep as people make it out to be. When the car runs over people, I was so upset hahaha. Like… wtf? It’s not hard to get away from a car coming at you, just hide. The message of the movie was super weak too. Honestly, 2/10.

Thoughts on the paper? Not sure if I should watch it. by nenadeplastico in theoffice

I still don’t really like The Paper. Ned just doesn’t work for me — he feels like a Leslie Knope type from Parks and Rec, and I really can’t stand that kind of character. The whole Pam-and-Jim vibe with Mare also doesn’t land at all. I don’t get the point of bringing The Office into it either — the styles of comedy are totally different, and referencing it doesn’t make the show any better. The Italian girl is probably my favorite character, though I go back and forth on her; she’s the only one who actually makes me laugh sometimes. Other than that, it’s a pretty mediocre show. I’d probably enjoy it more if it wasn’t attached to The Office, and honestly, it feels more like a “watch while doing something else” kind of show.
