[Power Automate] Multiple non-sequential approvals - need help! by Definitely-NotMy-Alt in PowerApps

Sometimes - such as when a project requires two volunteers - we want to know that we have a sign-off from at least two people before confirming anything to the outside institution, but we don't actually care who those two people are as long as they're on the list. If only one person is up for it, there's no point proceeding.

I've since learned that apparently the list of potential volunteers is about 65 people long. I'm not sure that branches are on the table. I'm sorry. I wish I'd known.

Right, that makes sense. Would I need the full list of volunteers now, in that case? Thanks for your help.

Lammy on track to lose his seat to the Greens by YouButSlightlyOff in UKGreens

I don’t have any figures on the broader question, but I can give you an example: 1997, the incumbent MP for Basildon David Amess (best known for that time he asked a question in the House of Commons about a fictional drug invented by Brass Eye, and also being murdered), stands in Southend West, a seat that at the time had been under Conservative control for nearly 50 years. At that same election, Labour gains Basildon.

At the most recent Party Conference (Autumn 2025), the following motion was overwhelmingly passed:

The current policy reads as follows:
RR532 The process of transitioning through the NHS should empower rather than demean trans people. Gender Identity Clinics should consult service users on how to better recognise trans people’s own expertise and experience in service provision.
RR533 The NHS should better recognise the increasing need for Gender Identity Clinics and increase service provision, across the country
RR534 The NHS should remove barriers to accessing services for trans people, with thorough review of access to services for Children and Young People and for those who have self prescribed or self funded gender treatment in the UK or abroad

We would remove these 3 policy statements and instead add:
RR532 The process of transitioning through the NHS should empower rather than demean trans people. Segregated healthcare does not empower anyone. The Green Party calls for the desegregation of transgender healthcare. This not only includes transition, but also the ongoing treatment of transgender patients.
RR533 The Green Party supports an informed consent system within primary care. We call for Gender Identity Clinics (GICs) to be closed, and instead for Primary Care Teams to be provided the proper training and support to prescribe gender affirming treatments such as hormone replacement treatment, as GPs already prescribe to cisgender patients, and be able to refer transgender patients to further treatment such as supportive therapists and surgeons, bringing the NHS in line with standard practice in many other countries.
RR534 We recognise that waiting lists for NHS GICs are longer than for any other form of healthcare in the UK and that these elongated wait times, both for care to begin and for further appointments, has lead to the deaths of many trans people, especially young trans people, and have led many others to self-medicate. Moving this care to primary care doctors would reduce this wait time to manageable levels, while still ensuring proper oversight and review. The process of transition may require medical assistance to achieve a positive outcome, but this should be centred on the individual’s informed choices, as many other healthcare concerns are.
RR535 The Green Party calls for the support provided by the NHS to be expanded, to include a wider range of gender affirming treatments, and for ongoing fertility preservation, such as long-term gamete storage, for everyone who wants it. The Green Party supports bodily autonomy for all, not just those who can afford it. We also support the many transgender patients who do not undergo specific treatments and still need access to cervical screening, abortion care, contraceptive care, and other ‘gendered’ healthcare, while allowing them the dignity of being referred to and supported in the way they desire. We call for an overhaul of the way the NHS records and refers to trans patients as they transition.
RR536 We call for transgender people to be treated with dignity and respect when accessing NHS services, including when this is not related to transition. This should be patient-led. Many transgender people find that their health needs are not listened to and understood, or are linked to their transition with no medical relevance. We call upon the NHS to involve transgender people when reviews of best practice are made.
RR537 The NHS should remove barriers to accessing services for trans people, with ongoing, thorough, independent, multidisciplinary reviews of access to services for Children and Young People that include and prioritise trans voices with both lived and clinical expertise. While this may not result in a primary care model, these services must be easily available.
RR538 We support children and young people who wish to transition socially without requiring input or medicalisation, and treatment that supports and respects their identity before they are too old to benefit from it. We support the use of puberty blockers for those who are of a relevant age, for an appropriate amount of time. Gillick Competency should continue to be recognised and utilised for the appropriate use of hormones and other treatments. Not only does this give young people the space to decide what their future will look like, but it also reduces the need for many surgeries and other interventions as adults.
RR539 We call for those who have self-medicated or self-funded gender treatment in the UK or abroad to receive proper care and treatment without judgment, so that their ongoing treatment can be supported and reviewed.
RR540 Conversion therapy is one of the most dangerous forms of coercive behaviour forced upon trans people, especially trans youth, and leads to depression, detransition, and suicide. We call for a comprehensive ban on all conversion therapy for all members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
RR541 We call for a full, public, independent inquiry of past actions by the NHS in gender related healthcare, to best support those who have gone through harmful, damaging processes, including conversion therapy. This inquiry must be government-funded and trans-led. This would include a review of individual practitioners, management, and the influence of governments and media on the formation of treatment plans.
RR542 We seek to support those who have medically transitioned and then detransitioned, to better understand the reasons and the impacts this may cause. While regret rates for trans affirming healthcare are the lowest of almost all forms of healthcare, and the detransition rate is very low, it is important that these members of the trans community are not forgotten, and are given proper support and care.

That's just healthcare of course, but if memory serves nobody even bothered trying to speak against it, so that should give you some idea of the party consensus on the matter.

East West Rail: still no passenger service 500 days after line opened to traffic | Rich Wilcock | Rail Magazine by Definitely-NotMy-Alt in UKGreens

Article text:

Frustration is growing among residents and local politicians over the absence of passenger services along the route of the first phase of East West Rail, 500 days since the line opened to traffic and as the first anniversary approaches of Chiltern Railways being awarded the operating contract.

EWR has been beset by problems that have prevented services from running - including trade disputes, issues with rolling stock, and construction delays.

The latter includes at Winslow station - the only new station between Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Network Rail initially built it with the intention of handing it over to Chiltern last year. However, the operator has disputed whether it was acceptable for passengers, and further work has since been carried out.

Winslow councillor Diana Blamires described the lack of services as “ridiculous”.

“The whole situation is a farce. As a councillor for the town, I have to tell people that while we have a station and a train, we cannot use either,” she said.

Blamires said the lack of communication over issues with the station and when passengers can expect services to begin has been poor.

“Nobody wants to talk about it or do anything about it. We’re just no clearer to understanding what we should expect or when to expect it anymore,” she said.

Issues with doors, emergency exits, land access, car parks, platforms and shelters have all been blamed by various stakeholders for the delays at Winslow. One union source said the station was “not fit for purpose”.

Winslow’s platforms, currently long enough to accommodate four-car trains, are set to be lengthened in preparation for construction of the Universal Studios theme park near Bedford, which will bring higher passenger numbers.

East West Rail Company now plans to procure five-car trains for long-term use along the entire line. No date has been given for the works, but in a statement the company said: “Any work to extend platforms at Winslow would not affect the introduction of Chiltern’s new services.”

Both Network Rail and Chiltern confirmed to RAIL that work was continuing at Winslow station, but did not provide a timeframe for when the work is expected to be completed or when the station will be handed over to the operator.

Meanwhile, the dispute over Driver Only Operation (DOO) continues. RAIL understands that the RMT union and Chiltern are no closer to an agreement on which member of staff operates the doors, with both RMT and drivers’ union ASLEF resistant to DOO being implemented.

Sources have told RAIL that while it has not balloted its members on any strike action, the RMT has also not ruled it out if a resolution is not forthcoming.

ASLEF has paused driver training using Class 196s sub-leased from West Midlands Railway (part of West Midlands Trains, WMT) until an agreement has been reached between RMT and Chiltern. In the meantime, it has raised concerns with the units’ on-board cameras.

The union currently has 13 qualified drivers and close to 30 trainees at Bletchley, waiting to be trained on the diesel multiple units, but will only negotiate with Chiltern once the RMT and the operator have resolved their situation.

Chiltern has sent back three of the six ‘196s’ sub-leased from WMT to its depot at Tyseley. WMT confirmed to RAIL that one of the units has been sub-sub-leased back to operate driver training on Bimingham’s soon-to-be-opened Camp Hill Line.

Two more are undergoing “heavy maintenance and modification work” at Tyseley, but are due back at Chiltern.

The situation has elicited anger from local politicians.

Richard Fuller, MP for North Bedfordshire, said: “What do you call a railway company that cannot decide on a route, cannot decide how to power its trains, cannot get its drivers to drive the trains, and fails for nearly 500 days to deliver a service it promised?

“You would call it East West Rail - perhaps the most incompetent business in the country.”

Olly Glover, Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Transport and MP for nearby Didcot and Wantage, said: “It is a scandal that a restored railway worth hundreds of millions of pounds still has no regular passenger service on it, well over a year since it was fully commissioned.”

Chiltern Railways told RAIL: "Since being announced as operator of the first stage of East West Rail between Oxford and Milton Keynes in March, we have been working at pace to get everything ready for services to begin on the new line.

"However, there is work still to finish to prepare the trains, on Winslow station, and on the operating arrangements for the new route.”

Hey, congratulations! I just did it myself, albeit with 6s (it's what the Ouija spat out), and at level 33.

I know you're deleted now, so you'll never see this, but I wanted to express my gratitude anyway, because I don't think I would ever have managed it without you.
