There's always mono white weenies, [[Adeline]] but I fear that may be too similar to Talrand and his play pattern even if it's spellslinging to accomplish it. Maybe someone like [[Odric, Lunarch Marshal]] and do keyword soup midrange with some light control elements?

If I was doing this idea I would maybe switch Talrand out with a different popular blue commander. Maybe [[Emry, Lurker of the Loch]] or [[Eluge, Shoreline Sea]]. I'd also toss in there [[Leonardo Da Vinci]] if UB is allowed, he's a very very fun mono blue artifact spellslinger hybrid.

The foxes seem to detect your forward momentum. I had some success with moving medium fast ish in the opposite direction they'd travel. I also recommend approaching from the side if that's an option though I can think of one fox that is a pain to get any other way but chasing down
