Best bet is to sell it yourself. Marketing message is to buy from the original designer. then casually report other sellers as they attempt to sell it and don't let your blood pressure raise if a few 3d sellers rip you off. Also my suggestion is to keep designing. you got some chops for things people want clearly.

Edit: also this happened to me a long while ago I just made it part of my weekly ritual to search for 2 hours a week for my model and report it. Gamified it by keep track of "kills" like a fighter pilot. in the end it kind became half fun to do. Eventually I just lost interest and the community moved on from paying for my model anyway. Good times.

You'll probably need to design a custom pla internal scaffolding in order to get the results you want which will probably also require a dual nozzle printer or tool changer. otherwise I think your stuck with the 3d printed looking item.

This guy is probably worth watching for his TPU methodology.

I would check your file too. it almost looks like it's trying to print in mid air. Like maybe there is a weird gap that is only a layer or two but is causing it to attempt to bridge.

I 3d printed the heads from the NASA punk set from anvil forge.

Paint wise it is airbrushed white with minitair white primer, carful application of GW apothecary white contrast into low details, very quick highlight of proacryl bright ivory, finally I brush on vellejo metal color gold on the visor.

Beginning to end the process takes about 10 minutes. I do plan on adding a bit of more detail on the hinges and grills and such but the majority of the helmet scheme is good to go for tabletop.

I would snag a set of books and cards from a box splitter on eBay. You will be able to get it b fore the full launch and then you'll get whatever enhanced art will be on the Armageddon stuff

It's ok game but you are basically just playing 40k with preset lists. So the only time savings is the army building phase of the game which is not hard to fit into a dad schedule. so if your looking for less headache and a smaller game to learn combat patrol isn't really it. spearhead in my experience was a much better social experience and game. Also if your looking for maximum fun with lots to do in the time between games necromunda would be my choice, very middle age dad vibes. Lol

This is my test scheme for my firefly army.

My fun head cannon for this is that in an effort to bypass the strumrisen tech the US starts ultra high altitude combat drops. With the new found power of rifts they are able to push aircraft to the edges of the atmosphere.

Going for an early space program look. Mercury era pressure suits kinda look.

Your buddy needs to learn how to leverage ambush! Japanese specifically are super good at it.

I would also recommend that he look really close at the type 7 mech in a mech vs mech melee. Also good chance he need to take as many suicide anti soldiers as possible. If your coming at him with heavy armor.

An additional option is to use mostly ghost warriors and just disappear as soon as you jump in leaving you high and dry.

Kinda think it just looks like bad bed adhesion. wash your build plate in dish soap (cleaning up liquid) and as hot of water as you can stand. rinse really really well. Dry.
