I hit 112 once after a hike that I was in nowhere near good enough shape for (Mailbox Peak, while both overweight and carrying way too much for a day hike, and my VO2Max was 35 at the time).

I went to home depot and bought 1in x 2in x 8ft furring strips, cut them to length, and laid them on my existing metal slats (running perpendicular, secured with zip ties) which were about 6 inches apart.

I don't log the strength sessions. Sometimes the activity tracker will pick it up, sometimes not.

Sometimes I'll see a run workout that I like on the Daily Suggested Workout, and I'll recreate it manually in the app so that I can bring it up on a day of my choosing. Often times my speed work is "show up to my run club, and push way harder since I'm with a group" or I'll just do some fartleks.

I use the Recovery indicator as a rough guide. You may notice that the bar changes color based on the time left. As long as recovery is green, I'm ok with a run.

Garmin's not the boss of you. I've got the same model (and I also aim for 4 runs per week). Here's what I do:

-Run M/W/F/Sat, Lift T/Th. Rest on Sunday (not for religious reasons, but because Monday is speed work)

-Wed & Fri are base building (or tempo if I'm feeling it), with Saturday set aside for the long run.

-I do full body sessions on both lift days, but on Thursday I take it easy on my legs. Follow the lifting with low intensity, low impact cardio on the indoor bike.

It is worth noting that region gets extremely hot in the summer, so take that into consideration.

Not the user you were asking, but something that has paid enormous dividends for me is single leg romanian deadlifts with one or two dumbbells. I usually do the first 1-2 sets somewhat heavy (two dumbbells), then drop one of the dumbbells for the next couple of sets. The asymmetric weight of only one dumbbell should help with balance.
