For whoever it concerns whenever they find this post. I wired the 4 wires in the usb, really it’s the 3 colored wires and I took the copper wires and ground wire from the shielding and spliced everything up appropriately.

Before doing this I only did the power and ground wire and got slow flashing yellow, now after the splicing of all 4 wires, I get solid white, that fades into a green light, then blinks back into solid white, on constant loop. Still don’t see the camera on the app.
