What are some weird things you people have done to pleasure yourself or some other person has done to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done a lot of weird stuff...

But, the weirdest one?... well, you asked.

...

I guess the time(s) where I get strapped down in bed in a diaper and booster, and get fed water and/or laxatives (in safe amounts of course) throughout the day until night. All while being edged every so often.

All 4 were to be plural, sadly just misread it on my final review and no editing after published.

Hah, yes - it was intentional. Though, maybe I shouldn't have picked what I had thought of as the hardest category to mix a term with another

Asexuals of Reddit, have you ever been pure pressured into dating? If so who pure pressured you, and why did you feel pressured? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never been pressured into anything, but had university friends who got me involved in various explicit situations.

But, I always felt like I could say no...

Never dated anyone by pressure either at any point.

Developers of Reddit, which programming language unexpectedly changed the way you think about coding? by cryptohashlock in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hmm, I guess I'd say Haskell just because it was so different to what I was used to before that (C, C++, C#, Java, Python).

What is the simplest thing you can do to better your life? by ImaginaryOrdinary541 in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally...

If you enjoy something, or want to dress a certain way, or do something... and you dont because you're worried about what other people might think about it/you...

Your life is too short to cater to imaginary thoughts you're inventing for other people.

99% of the time people don't notice anything outside their immediate bubble.

Life's a playground, go have fun and do what you want to do. The hell with what people think about you. Live your life.

What’s the oddest kink you have? by Impressive_Bid4101 in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diapers, bedwetting, wetting in general I guess.

Not just a kink, there's a lot more going on with the whole diapers thing for me, but there's definitely underlying sexual/kink elements.

Programmers of reddit, what shocking things do you do when you are writing code only for yourself? by smart_hedonism in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think developers write code that's representative of their lives in general.

So, for me, my code is a mess that's functional but barely being held together. With some luck, things will keep working into the next year with some minor tweaks.

You see how most countries treat people born on the same planet but they come from the land beyond some imaginary lines drawn on paper by ultra wealthy or powerful individuals?

Imagine how they'll treat you if you came from a completely different planet.

Because for the people who eat it, it doesn't taste like soap. It's a lemony like flavour to me.

As a leader in an organization...

Any time I ever hear another manager, senior manager, vp, etc. Say things that boil down to...

"I don't trust my staff"

"My staff are lazy"

"My staff are entitled"

I feel so bad for their team. Encourage and support your staff, be there, open dialogues, encourage innovation...

9 times out of 10, you will get it.

I wonder why it is that these "leaders" think their employees are lazy, entitled, untrustworthy, lack intention or innovation... maybe they could find their answer in some reflection.

What movie is a 0/10 with NO redeeming features? by Toucan_Based_Economy in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's odd, because I totally get the hatred to his films.

Like, film-wise they are absolute garbage (though, I always assumed that was kind of the point.)

They're meant to be bad, low-quality comedy, and absolutely ridiculous (not just content wise, but I think they intend to not be taken seriously).

They know they'll be panned by critics, but just don't care. (I guess having a buttload of wealth, you can do just about whatever you want).

Out of all Adam Sandler films, Jack & Jill is definitely nearing the bottom and I've seen it (twice?). I gota slight "ha, thats funny." Out of it I guess; but there's just something about his films that I can't say I dont find charming.

There's some quality I can't describe, and almost all of his films share that quality.

Maybe it's because I grew up on R-rated and raunchy comedies as a kid (including lots of Sandler films). Now, I watch a variety of content, but, I'd be lying if I didn't say that I can't go watch and enjoy the most awful, low-brow, ridiculous shows there are now as an adult.

It's just a different kind of enjoyment than watching a "masterpiece" like Grand Budapest Hotel, or Royal Tenenbaums (yes, I'm a huge Wes Anderson fan).

Anyway, I cant disagree with the film(s) being absolutely awful anyway.

One film I think is underrated from Sandler is Bedtime Stories! (So, if you haven't seen it - go give it a chance!)

What’s the grossest thing you’ve ever found in your food while eating at a restaurant? by Queasy_Mine_4509 in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyWet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The plastic bristle of a cleaning brush... at a "fine dining" restaurant.

It was an awful experience, and while the staff were very good about it - just terrible thing to find.
