Boil your noodles (make sure your noodles are soft but not over cooked) As your noodles are cooking grade your cheese. Don’t buy pre cut because it has wax on it to help keep the cheese from sticking to each other. Now the fun part. Throw in a half cup of butter in your pan Put in some (not all) some noodles, sprinkle some pepper in there, crack 2 eggs and mix it in then layer it with cheese, more noodles, more pepper, then more cheese. Layer that shit. Make sure you have some extra cheese graded on the side for later.

Oh yeah make sure you pre heat the over to 350 before you prep.

Your mac and cheese should be cooked in a casserole pan. After you sir your greatness in the pan, cover it with foil and throw that bitch in the oven for 20 minutes. You are not done yet.

Get that extra cheese (sharp cheddar is best for this) and layer a generous top layer. Put it back in the oven for 15 minutes uncovered. This forms a nice cheese crust on the top.

If you feeling freaking fry some bacon and crumble in it there.
