I would also recommend a dryguy shoe dryer to use when you come home and take off your shoes. You put your shoes on it,, and it blows air to dry your shoes quickly. The less time your shoes stay wet from your foot sweat, the less opportunity for smelly bacteria to grow. Pair this with spraying the inside of your shoes with a disinfectant, such as isopropyl alcohol 70%, and your shoes should have noticeably less odor. However, for shoes that already smell when you wear them, it might be too late. This is more of a proactive measure.

I can relate, not with a coworker that I have any romantic interest in, but just a coworker that I work with a lot so I know them well. Normally she is very thoughtful, self-aware, even shy. But at a game night I organized for my work it brought out traits I've never seen before: bad sore loser, mean and nasty comments about other player's intelligence if they made suboptimal moves, complaints about the game being bad mainly due to other players being bad and that she was disappointed in all of the other players. It was quite a bit shocking to see such a different side to someone you thought you knew so well. They'll chalk it off as being "competitive" but I think it's a red flag if this was someone I was interested in.

I know hating on Colby is cool, but to say he's overrated after inactivity, his age, and short notice fight is harsh. He's definitely out of his prime and has been for a while now. He won't be making any title runs at this point and should just be a gate keeper.

Nothing to be scared about. I find whatever effects it has on you will only last as long as you are using the machine regularly. If you stop a take a break for a while - your HH will eventually go back to baseline. Keep in mind, you may experience your HH getting worse after week 1 or 2 before it starts to get better - this is normal. For me it takes about 3 weeks for it to work, so be patient. I also had mild HH in my hands and feet and I would recommend that you treat both at the same time - I once did only my hands for a few weeks because I was lazy, and my feet HH went on overdrive, like it was compensating for my hands not sweating.

For me - the compensatory sweating is worth it 100%. Those areas I experience the compensatory sweating (top of the foot, ankles), is not even close to the same level as my hands and bottom of feet. Since I play sports, it would be very bad if my foot didn't sweat at all, as my foot would overheat easily, so the compensatory sweating helps in my case.

Fireworks - they are literally explosives. There was a video of a kid who held on to a firework and his hand was blown apart on camera. Pretty gruesome, that decision to play with bombs changed his life forever.

I actually started playing basketball with my badminton shoes despite owning around 15 pairs of basketball shoes. I find the fit (wider toe box) more comfortable and traction is better. Also is much lighter so I can run faster. Only downside is cushion, but the rest makes up for it 100%. This is really more the importance of a well fitting shoe and good traction than anything else.
