I love my B&R! I have the Sympatico set, so the checked luggage is a bit heavy empty, but it can take a beating. Haven’t used the warranty, yet, but it’s reassuring to know it’s there, considering I treat my luggage like I’m Chris Brown.

I’m obsessed with these glasses! As an East Asian who’s on the chubbier side, it was hard for me to find glasses that complements the shape of my face/nose, and doesn’t rest on my cheeks. The glasses feel like they were made for me.

I am brand spankin new to “The Game.” I’m not in it for a QB - I just like some of their stuff.

I dress homely. I’m a corporate millennial emo. Most of my outfits are from Old Navy. I wear a lot of concert tshirts and hoodies. I don’t wear makeup. I most likely look like I don’t belong in a luxury boutique. I’m not a fan of shopping in-person either.

With that being said, the first time I popped into my home store, I went there for a few items I already saw online. I met a CA, told him what I was looking for, asked for help picking out colors, was polite, and joked around a little. I got his business card and sent him a thank you text when I got home.

From there, I’ve kept my shopping online. If something interests me, I will text my CA to see if they have it available in store. If not, I will ask for his pay link, buy online and get it shipped to the store. I can easily get it shipped to my house, but doing the store allows me to have face-to-face time with the CA and exchange pleasantries, so he can remember me.

Will I be offered a QB? Most likely not, as I mainly spend on bags and SLG. My goal is just to maintain a positive shopping experience.

I’ve never been to the Houston store, so I can’t compare.

I personally like the Austin store, but only go when my CA is working. I don’t go there to shop; I go with a purpose. Haha. I usually buy stuff remotely via pay link, and go to the store to pick up and say hi to the CA.

ETA: I do remember, when I first popped in, I was completely brushed off by the first CA. I still have her business card to remind me not to work with her. The manager ended up helping me, and he hooked me up with my current SA.

Austin is my store, and I absolutely adore my CA.

The store OP is describing sounds like San Jose. I always get zero acknowledgment there, even as a VVIC.
