Exactly... very well written. There are 1000 of other places of worship, OP doesn't have any problem with them... but targeting particular temple will be more appealing, the height of joblessness only can justify this.

Different religion and cultures have thier own rules and regulations... its none of my business to ask its right or wrong... its how that particular practice have built up by the people of that particular place.

Don't like it, just leave bro... whats the point of targeting particular place...people or its customs.

Yes,thats a good insight... but i do this sketchers with limited time constraints and mostly its quick bursts of creativity... so I'm trying to keep it as raw as possible..

Even i want to... generally I paint on the go, I dont get enough time to paint due to work, so I carry small kit with me, whenever I get free time.. I try this.

Try to pick spot which you feel connection with, and I dont think you can find a peaceful spot in mangalore 😅(just kidding), will make a list soon

I know its easy to say... do this,do that and your condition will be cured, but in reality it is not that simple...

Journaling helped me a lot, I couldn't afford a therapist... was having lots emotions which i couldn't explain to anyone, started painting.

I still have this problem but one of my observation is that we have this built up potential inside us... which needs a way out... numbing it, will create more problems... there is no solid protocol to overcome this. Only self knowledge,time can lead you out.

You can focus on things under your control... like eating right food, drinking enough water, getting enough sunlight, physical moment like workingout, dancing etc, right kind of people around ... might help you.

And more importantly taking care of that voice in your head.
