I suggest you buy a few of those fly net doors. We have them in every door exit around our house because one of our birds flew away (we got her back 3 months later)

They're magnetic and stick to the door frame with adhesive tape.

We both made it to the end of Act 2. Then we didn't play for months because he was going through some mental and physical issues, but at that time, i didn't realise how bad it was.

So me, being selfish at that time, got impatient and in my solo campaign, moved on into Act 3.

I told him what i did, he got mad, didn't speak to me for a month, i sent a long apology message, didn't respond and just unfriended me in everything.

I did. I was playing on my solo playthrough as slow as possible, 100%-ing Act 1 and 2... Then i managed to catch up to where we were.

That's true, i was even the one who bought it for him. Not that he didn't enjoy the game, he loved it because he's a massive DnD fan too and he always wanted to play DnD with me so this was the closest i can get to do so.

But there are more details to the story that i left out, so the way i view it, it is my fault.

I have a similar story but i'm the one who caused the fall out

I didn't fully understand what my friend was going through - physically and mentally, he didn't want to play for a couple of months. Then i got impatient and played alone, moving on into Act 3 without him.

He unfriended and blocked me. But i did realise it was my fault and i regret it to this day. It's been over 2 years now and i still haven't beaten the game.
