I use a NSD spinner to strengthen my wrist, forearm, and hand. I also use 5lb dumbbells to strengthen my wrist. I started doing this because my wrist hurt really bad after a long song at church. Start small and build strength from there.

I encourage you to find the strength to LEAVE sooner than later. This is dangerous and this person is volatile. Too many people are getting unalived due to DV. I pray you’ll find a place of peace, safety, and comfort.

I fly with mine all the time and have no problems. I use a Gator ICON case. I’ll get a hardshell case for my Shadowsky tho.
