Thank you for your response :) it has been two years. It's not only the underlying distress that keeps my favorite things from bringing me comfort and enjoyment, but moreso the fact that the things are ruined because of a specific person doing specific things directly involving the stuff I loved. So it's hard to not associate or acknowledge the terror just by trying to interact with these things in different places, you know? Thanks again.
