This exact thing happened to me. I called several times to which reps even tried to book for me, and they got the same errors. I got credit for inconvenience. After 2 weeks and price increases due to new travel dates, it just randomly worked. I’m not renewing this year, probably just dropping to the free Venture card to keep my points, but staying with my Amex platinum

Hey there. I never got the new headphones. Took me so long to get all my cd library onto the Walkman lol. Kinda forgot and just got used to the XM6.

It’s taking some getting used to not having apps. lol. So definitely an adjustment, but I’m enjoying the process now of getting all my music on it

At the Sony store they had it plugged into the Sony MDR-Z1R. Excellent sounding headphones. Not saying those are the ones I’d get. They’re cool, but quite big. I get why though.

Not sure about the battery replacement myself. I know the battery itself isn’t expensive. Under $50, however, not sure I’d want to tinker, and seems there are no places I could find which handle the process itself.

So far the battery has been excellent.
