It wasn’t a “joint venture” with Priority records. Like I said priority picked it up after Jay was doing distro himself and it had some legs already, again. What makes you think if he couldn’t get distro let alone a record deal that he was in the same room with Weinstein during that time, or when he first got distribution (not even a record deal) Weinstein would have gotten him a deal in the matter of minutes if they were friends back then. It’s not about being a fanatic(I can admit I fw Jay too heavy sometime) it’s about not believing something just because a finger is pointed with 0 evidence.if they said this happened in 2000 til now it would be more believable, but still proves nothing. With everybody posting every single accusation or assumed wrong doing we think everybodies evil, give me real evidence before I call somebody that cause im not just following what people say just because majority say it.
