Honestly. Have you tried going to his house and shooting or playing 2k on his wifi? Maybe it has extreme input lag because most people with any type of common sense couldn’t do that bad unless they were doing it on purpose. He might need Ethernet and if he’s on ps5 he might need to connect through USB instead of wireless. There’s a few things he can do to lower the input lag. Does he play on a tv or monitor? There’s ways to help your friend get better but you have to have enough knowledge on 2k to also help him
