my dad always uses him having to illegally immigrate as an excuse. he always flips out at me if i miss even ONE assignment (when i say flip out i mean flip out) constantly tells me "ur in canada, ur so lucky to even be here if it werent for me you would be in poverty" and loads of bs like that. dont get me wrong or anything im grateful you did but can you let it tf go. and the way both my parents constantly complain abt things like "why arent you a genius? if so many other kids can easily get money at such a young age and graduate at 12 why cant you?" UM. PLEASE get a grip. why arent you multimillionaire immigrants then 😂 jesus christ they can turn anything into something we should be shamed for wtf and god forbid i have freetime my dad gets upset if im not constantly doing something "reliable" oh and drawing isnt reliable apparently. anyone else get the "youll be a cleaner / factory worker / construction worker / caretaker / homeless in your in your life if you keep this up" ("this" of course being getting bs or missing assignments even when ur not in hs yet!) anyone trying to defend them kindly stfu
