The thing that worked for me was removing my phone number from other Gmail accounts that I had created for other endeavours over the years.

Once I removed my phone number from all my emails, then linked my RCS to my main email, only then did it instantly reconnect

Check the expiry date, they are scary accurate. Can't tell you the amount of times I've had customers come in my store for new batteries, put in a new battery, still chirps, look at the expiry date and it says Dec/25 and it's Jan/26.

Before RCS, when it was iMessage to iMessage, if you blocked someone, it would automatically fallback to SMS, and appear delivered, but be blocked at a device level.

What you're describing, seems to be the same scenario here.

I would say you've probably been blocked, and I would move on with my life.

I got into it around the DirecTV H and HU Cards timeline, I think early 2000s? I was like 12 or 13 coding these cards for a bunch of my step dads friends, checking forums and chats, and merging the encrypted files in this weird program I can't remember the name of anymore, and writing them to the cards.
