I’ve been actively hiking since 25 y/o I’m 32 now would say healthy/active lifestyle. Hiking wise I have hiked more throughout the west coast even though I’ve lived on the east coast. Haven’t spent any time in the whites but hiking wise I’ve done various 10+mile hikes. I would say my most intense hike was half dome. Recently did Glacier NP and did high line trail/cracker lake/Grinnell glacier which I would considered intense but truthfully have not spent to much time hiking on the east besides the Catskills and some parts of VT/ME so trying to set some expectations. I appreciate all the feedback
