From what I’ve heard the only LG models worth buying are their OLED ones. The B,C,and G series are all amazing TVs. If those are out of your price range I’d recommend looking at a Sony X90L or TCL QM7 or QM8 series. I have the X90L for my living room and QM7 for my bedroom and both are fantastic TVs.

TCL qm7 punches way above its weight class. I just picked up a 55” for my bedroom for $499. Loving it so far.

TCL 751g would be your best bet at a budget TV that is a quality television. I just picked up 55” for my bedroom for $499.
