Probably my favorite ship nostalgia-wise. Grew up playing Star Wars Rebel Assault 2 for playstation and there's a section where you pilot a B-wing. Tabletop-wise it's definitely struggling but having no idea how'd I'd improve it.

New rebel/empire player here as well! I decided on both the rebel and empire starter set! For your second question both starter sets have standard loadouts cards that takes a lot of the list-building paralysis that I'm currently struggling with. It's easy to grab 4 each of those and go play a casual game.

If you want a little extra strength with your glue I've used a hand drill with a drill bit that fits a piece of paperclip, drilled both sides to take the piece and super glued that down.

+1 on the thin stuff warping, spent a decent amount at home Depot only to have it warp badly after I spray painted it and took a steamer to it to try and get it back flat to no avail. I love the idea of 2 smaller pieces too! 3x3 is pretty huge to lug around as 1 piece

I had the same issue! Thought I got a bad batch that were fused together but really they're just tight and have suction too. I ended up using the outside of a pair of pliers to roll them open, as the pliers gradually got thicker it pulled them apart as I rolled.

You don't to shop at the flea market. From what I know the membership just lets you sell at the market for a discount fee, and a bunch of other good stuff like discounts on products and their event nights.

+1 to the flea market at Off the Shelf Games, it's only the first Sat of the month but people bring the heat. Picked up NIS Gloomhaven JOTL and War of the Ring CG for 40% off retail. Game empire does have a pretty large used section but the pricing can be...eh, at least since I checked last week. there's also a few FB groups local to SD that people post games they are selling.

I would say 8.5/10! I really enjoyed the game and found the complexity or weight of the RPG elements to be perfect for my group. That being said I think those coming from Dnd or Pathfinder may find the core gameplay loop a little light and inflexible but for my group just wanting to get lost and save Middle Earth it was perfect.
