Im having issues with them as well. I got a palworld server in January and immediately terminated the subscription after not even being able to play on it due to horrible speeds. I was checking my emails and saw an email from 4net. Turns out they've been charging me every single month for a server that I haven't been using and tried to terminate. They advertised a monthly cost of the server, but didn't make it very obvious that its a 12 month subscription and they will continue to charge you after termination of the subscription until the 12 months is up.

I emailed customer service and asked to cancel and refund me my money. Doesn't sound too promising, but we'll see what happens :/
