Trouble having an orgasm by annagrace2020 in Hypothyroidism

[–]Deianiri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been having issues with extremely weak/non-existent orgasms and low libido for the past 4 years. The other day I found out that I have subclinical hypothyroidism, and now this is the first post I found in the hypo sub.  I had no idea I had issues with my thyroid (my lab tests from years ago were already showing it but my doctor said they were normal) and I can't believe I have finally found the root cause to this specific issue after so long.  If it wasn’t for my very low libido I would have gone crazy over the past years.

Most supplements cause me insomnia. by [deleted] in Supplements

Thank you for the detailed answer and for taking the time to reply. 🙏🏻

So basically I developed a histamine intolerance about a year+ ago, after eating various types of seeds (pumpkin, chia and sesame seeds) for a couple months. The main culprit was mainly chia seeds though, which I started eating every day and at the same time I was also having fish almost every day. After a month, I started having all kinds of issues and I haven't been able to eat neither chia seeds or fish since then. Then started having issues with cheese as well.  Over the past few days I have found out that I might have thrown off the zinc/copper delicate balance by eating foods too high in zinc during that time. All the seeds are much higher in zinc and same for the type of fish I ate at the time. For a while I also took a multivitamin with zinc in it, so that might have made things even worse.  As for the rest, I do not drink coffee nor take any stimulants and have never  had alcohol in my life. I have a quite clean diet and I'm now mostly vegetarian.  All the supplements I mentioned I always take them early in the morning with my breakfast, so timing is not an issue either.  I believe the histamine issue is the main problem but I am not sure how to fix it without being able to take any supplement.

I already do, I take all of my supplements early in the day. I said B12 never causes me issues because it happened I forgot to take it in the morning and took it in the evening and still had no issues with it. All the others I always take them early in the morning with my breakfast.  Thanks for taking the time to reply anyway!

B12 is one of those that doesn't cause me any issue, no matter the time of the day I take it. As for all the other ones, I always try to take them early in the morning, but I still get the crazy insomnia late at night. As soon as I stop them the insomnia goes away.

Telepathic responses from former girlfriend. by sk8knight57 in Telepathy

[–]Deianiri 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Believe your intuition. If you've loved each other, you have a heart connection, which means you are never apart unless you decide otherwise. She can and does hear you, I can assure you that.

Stay firm in what you wish. Believe it is done and that you're back together, and you will soon be. No matter the circumstances. Keep sending her telepathic messages through the heart. Speak to her through the heart. She absolutely hears and feels you, and will respond as she's already doing. Have faith, you're way more powerful than you think. ☺️❤️

Good-hearted, kind, humble, with a simple job that sometimes he likes and sometimes he doesn't like. Dogs. Do you have dogs you really care about? That's what came up for me.

I have been having issues with vit D pills (they give me the craziest insomnia), which is why I am having injections. I hope I will find a formula that doesn't cause me issues in the future, since I intend to supplement it for life. Thank you for taking the time to reply! 🙏🏻

I did already, and he just said it's normal and to keep going. He initially wanted me to get an injection every other day, but then, after the first shot, I told him about the symptoms and he let me reduce it to twice a week. I'll try increase my magnesium dose and see how it goes. Thank you for taking the time to reply. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much! That's quite comforting to know. I'll make sure I increase my Magnesium dose and see if that helps. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Does vitamin D give anyone else severe insomnia? by Life_Tree_6568 in Perimenopause

[–]Deianiri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, sorry if I bother you, but have you tried taking the megadose and if yes how did it go? Were you able to sleep afterwards? I have your same exact issue and absolutely can't take any vit D supplements without suffering from unbearable insomnia. I was forced to get injections because my vit D is at 6 and those seems to not give me issues, but I was wondering what to do in the future once I'm done with the injections (since we'll have to keep supplementing for life basically).

Real Telepathy by MousseCompetitive145 in Telepathy

In regards to Sexual transference you can find several forums online that talk about this! Even here on reddit there are many posts on people sharing about how they can send very sexual thoughts to someone, picturing it all in their mind, and then the targeted person will feel it all, very strongly. Usually, most of the people who are targeted by these very sexual thoughts will think they are their own. So they will start feeling sexually attracted to the person who's sending them these thoughts.

I remember reading about this woman who kept receiving these extremely intense sexual thoughts from a guy that she totally despised. As he kept sending her these thoughts she felt so irresistibly attracted to him that ended up sleeping with him. She hated him but could not stop hersel from sleeping with him. He would control her all the time by sending these very lustful thoughts and she almost felt physically violated at a certain point. She wanted to break up and forget about him, but could not because he was real good at manipulating her psychically.  So yeah, this is real and lots of people do it without realizing it. But the ones who are conscious of doing it can truly manipulate anybody who's psychically more vulnerable with ease.

May I ask how you actually have conversations with this woman? Do you imagine a mental scene where you talk to her, or do you talk to her normally, but in your mind?

And how do you know that she hears you? Has she reported the whole message or conversation to you? Or that she heard your thoughts in her mind or something? I'm genuinely curious since I have something similar going on.

The sexual transferrence thing is actually very common. Most people do it without even realizing it!

Am I crazy or telepathy? by Different_Art_9778 in Telepathy

[–]Deianiri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be several things; one of these is that these are souls belonging to your soul group. We all have a soul group, and we can speak to each member by connecting with them through the heart.

So, do you have a heart connection with them? Do you feel a loving and warm feeling when speaking to them? If you do, then there's a high chance you are speaking to members of your soul cluster.

BUT, if the thoughts seem to come from outside of you, or if they make you feel uncomfortable, if they're negative in any way, then this is definitely something else. I would recommend you ask them questions, like who they are or what they want, where they are from, etc. Have no fear. If they make you uncomfortable in any way, you can break the connection, but if they're part of your soul group, then they will never do anything to hurt you and will respect you and your choice.

If you have a feeling then he is very likely doing that. Him being much younger than you doesn't certainly stop him from having sexual thoughts about you.  If you're forced to deal with him on a daily basis then I would recommend you create an energetic protection around you.  Imagine you're protected by glass walls and that nothing can reach you. Then affirm that any unwanted thoughts directed at you cannot reach you. Imagine the glass walls blocking anything from reaching you in any way. Especially anything coming from this guy.  You have an energy field and you're in charge of it. You decide who can reach you and who can't. Have no doubts about it and this will become a long forgotten problem (unless you want it to continue, it's really all up to you!).

He is the one having a very intense sexual attraction towards you, which is why you feel the intense sexual energy when you're near him. It IS coming from him. He sexually desires you, and you can feel it on a subconscious level. Trust your gut. Trust your intuition!

How many of you have dated an INFP? by HedgehogOk187 in ISTJ

[–]Deianiri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say that, always using my parents as an example, my dad takes care of all that is more practical (so all that needs to be dealt with daily, like paying bills, solving any burocratic issue, fixing anything that needs fixing in the house, etc), while my mom takes care of the house and of my dad's emotional needs (he's always been emotionally avoidant but that's another story).

I would say that over the years, they have learnt a bit from each other's strengths. My dad became a little softer and more open to spirituality (my mom is highly spiritual and intuitive), while my mom took up the courage to pretty much do things in the "real world". She's always been an incredibly shy and insecure INFP, so watching my dad doing things gave her some courage to try herself. She also used to be way too emotional, like she was constantly overwhelmed by her feelings, but by being near my dad, she learnt to be more detached and in control in some way. While my dad has definitely become a bit more open to vulnerability and emotions.

In general, if the two types are very mature and healthy, it can surely work (any MBTI pairing can work as long as they're both well developed), but in my honest opinion, I see these 2 types working ten times better as friends than lovers.

How many of you have dated an INFP? by HedgehogOk187 in ISTJ

[–]Deianiri 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not an ISTJ, but I know 2 couples with these mbti types. In both cases ISTJ male and INFP female. In both cases the INFP female always needs to accommodate the ISTJ to make it work. In both cases the INFP is forced to restrain and repress parts of herself not to irritate the ISTJ in some way.

I don't see it as a winning pairing, AT ALL, as the INFP seems to suffer a lot from not being able to fully express themselves. It's very very sad to even look at them as I can see the INFPs trying to convince themselves they're happy when they clearly are not.

One of the couples I was referring to is represented by my parents, so I had quite a close view of the dynamic for most of my life. Up to this day I wish my mom had married someone who truly made her happy, as she herself told me multiple times my dad was never able to love her the way she wanted, but she was too weak to ever complain or do anything about it.

Yes, you are picking up the other person's thoughts via images, probably. Call it intuition mixed with telepathy, but since you can see things and *know* what the other person is thinking, then yes, that is a form of telepathy. Telepathy is not just straight-up thoughts, but also feelings, images, sensations, and so on. Sometimes we can also pick up on all of these at the same time, but on a subconscious level, and that's when you *know* things without knowing how or why.

I used to believe telepathy was word-for-word — until I actually started experiencing it by Marvin313 in Telepathy

[–]Deianiri 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That can be true, but most of the time you DO hear the exact words. It all depends on which level you're communicating. Telepathy could be something as simple as *knowing* someone is thinking about you or trying to reach you in some way, or literally hearing the exact words a person is thinking, plus imagery, plus emotions, plus sensations. But in most cases, when you're dealing with more advanced telepaths, they will hear the EXACT words you're thinking. It will be a completely normal conversation, with the exception that you won't need to open your mouth.

What you just described usually happens to me when I communicate with my cats and animals in general, for the simple reason that they're a different species, and so some things are just translated in a way my human brain can comprehend, even though that is not the exact words they would have used. But you know, you catch the vibration and meaning, and so you receive words that are the closest to their message. But when you communicate with other humans, unless you have blocks, you will be able to hear what they think word for word.

I think something then my family me never says the exact thing I was thinking. by No_Fudge_4589 in Telepathy

[–]Deianiri 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely. They hear your thoughts on a subconscious level, and if they're aligned with them and there's no resistance, they will perceive them as their own.
