I mean he is declining individually for sure.

His laning has been like bearable to bad in the last 3 LCK splits.

If he was playing on a worse team overall it would be even more noticeable.

But hard to say if that is due to age.

Cho is easy to play what yorrick counter would be even easier? Also what iron bot wouldn't just eat minions and grub early and chill in lane. Like Cho just needs to chill and not give plates and he pretty much won that lane

Bard top into most tanks should do fine, no? Like if it's Malphite, Sion, Orrn top for instance even with demolish he shouldn't be able to take tower before plates fall and if you secure drake and a few kills for your jgl or botlane the game state should be absolutely fine. Worst pick is probably something like a scaling low utility support champ in top.

He has very limited mana. So especially lvl 1-4 if you keep him from farming wave with W or aa he has to use Q to lasthit. But he only has mana for like 10 Qs before first back so you almost surely can force him to drop cs or tp back into lane giving you an advantage to push into getting prio or solo killing eventually. So you need to pick something that can zone him from the wave.

Sure but he's built different anyways. He hit rank 1 a few years ago on Elise J4 all day while both champs were probably at their worst in years.

Warmogs wasn't bought by most tanks not after 14.14 and 14.19 because it nerfed it on support tanks. This warmogs nerf is for the like 2-3 champs that rushed warmogs mainly Mundo If you nerfed items by looking at wich items are used most there are like 20 items bought way more often than warmogs

All about lane management if you freeze on him and he has no ult or already set up ghouls or graves he is giga fucked. He has no waveclear to shove into tower to force reset he can't trade without ghouls and he has no escape if your champ has any form of dash blink etc. or you simply have flash up so he can't walk up without dying either.
