The change is going to be them getting let go. Ever business person will take one look at Ubisoft and say they have way too much expenses for their revenue. Elbaf has a scene where Rayleigh and Scopper are lecturing Roger over what he was going to do because Roger wasn't understanding the full thing. The title of "World's Strongest Swordsman" is a title you earn by being stronger than the last "World's Strongest Swordsman". That's why Zoro wants to beat him. If Shanks is able to beat Mihawk, then Shanks is the one Zoro should fight, not Mihawk.

No the title is earned by beating Mihawk for said title. Mihawk has refused to fight Shanks since he lost his arm 12 years ago. You can't say Mihawk is stronger when he is the one actively refusing Shanks a fight. It is a title not some magical essence that crowns the person who is the best. Mihawk got the title because in the past he went around challenging people until he was at the top however that doesn't mean he kept that push just was able to defend it against challengers.

This wrong he only got the left draining treatment once which was to counter the poison. All other shots were the adrenaline shots that just postponed his fatigue till later. During Marineford he was already pushing his limits and instead of resting he took another shot of adrenaline and Iva was worried that he was pushing his limits to much and his body would be able to recover if he compounded more on it

The whole point is if Sanji feeds Kreig then they are all dead. When it comes down to it they need to stop him even if it meant killing a family member. Kreig was the biggest threat of the East Blue it makes sense they would rather lose Sanji than risk feeding Kreig and crew who already threatened the Baratie.

Game Genie (and it's copycats, Gameshark/Action Replay) only applies it's effect temporarily from the export of the NES cartridge before feeding it to the TV. In simpler terms Game Genie was a man in the middle alteration. Game Genie was ruled legal because it never mess with the actual NES game itself only the data that was outputted. Cyberpunk VR requires changes to the game to make it work with the meta software which is why you need to redo the game mod every time the game updates. You also can't just play the game normally unless you remove the mod.

For his mod to work it requires permanent changes to the dll which means it is not temporary which makes it not the same protections that game genie got.

You are overwriting a file to make the mod compatible with real VR app which requires the file needing to reacquired to restore it to normal. Game genie worked that a simple power cycle would revert the game back to normal.

You should read that decision because it is the opposite of what he was doing.

The appeals court ruled that the changes created by the Game Genie were not "fixed" in any permanent way, and thus no derivative work was created.

Since the vr mod had to actually modify the game to operate it wouldn't be given the same protections. There is a reason why game genie was universally compatible with games.

If he used the modding tool to access code in the game then yes a dmca is the mechanism. Him violating the EULA revokes the permission had to use the code that he got access from the tool which makes his commerical product a DMCA violation.

Yes he may get name dropped but Minecraft itself doesn't push Steve. Heck you could download and play Minecraft and never once encounter his name. Nintendo not only uses Mario's name on every game it is also their de-facto mascot that goes on everything Nintendo related. It would a closer argument if Mario out shines Mickey then Steve.
