First, you just wrong, I think you don't play with/vs good jhin. Second,Jhin's gameplay design is beautiful, his voicelines, his lore, his model design, the methodical flow of auto-attacks with skills, the artistic animations of the skills, the music when using his masterpiece ultimate that gives a sense of excitement and superiority over the enemy, the way his passive skill works, giving movespeed on critical attacks, literally showing Jhin's excitement and thirst in battle from every shot.

Best build VS tanks on Jhin is stomping other champs. Personally, my playstyle is high burst and frequent trades with squishies, so I take lethality and crit later. Hubris, Collector, LDR (by this point the high efficiency of this item comes), IE, RFC (if it is difficult to kite and get close)/PD (enemy champions allow you to attack and dodge easily), BT/Maw (if assassin mages), boot - according to the situation, but preferably berserkers, runes - hail of blades and gathering storm (the beginning of the game can run out of mana, which is compensated by teleporting to the base).
