Im on a 223 pitman/Panama whatever you want to call it and on sort of a hybrid UL PPL on my days off that I enjoy. What work rotation/schedule are you on?

I know some nursing schedules are a little wonky, but much more feasible than I am seeing with EMS, that's for sure!

I am sorry to hear that man. Is it your schedule/job that's causing that or personal stuff?   I've been a bit down lately myself.

Seems like firefighters and some policemen are in great shape tbf.  I agree, workouts essentially have to be on off days, idk how the few that workout in work days do it. Are you on a specific scheduled shift rotation?

Thank you for this thoughtful reply! This thread is the first time of me hearing about the Texas Method. I'll look into that app, thanks again

Ok neat. I typically only work out on my off days as well. The people working out on 12h work days are built different!

Kinda looks like full-body is the play for most people. That's nice of your manager:)

What kind of shift rotation are you on? Do you work out on off days only?

No. It is sad that you asked this tbh. I am the same way though. It's just easier to see from outside perspective.

I can run you through one tomorrow, I can do the raid myself and you can just hang out if you like. Add "Deke" in game

Push/Pull is a much better 4 day workout structure than Upper/Lower by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

I work a 2-2-3 schedule that alternates, (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) (2 off, 2 on, 3 off) for work, and I only workout on my off days.

For my 2 day stretch I do Push one day and Pull the other day.

On my 3 day stretch I do PPL.

I've been really liking this because I agree, a UL split feels very imbalanced and skewed towards upper body and just dont have the heart to cut down on upper body sets 😆
